This unit is new style zipper bag making machine which combines our more than 10 years
experience on producing the zipper bag equipment and developed successfully in
2000(year). It gains the certificate of The State Major New Products. |

Configuration
1. Machine use industrial control level PLC control-driven. (EMERSON, AMERICA)
2. The display are controled by touch screen (WEI LUN, TAIWAN)
3. Transmission are drived and controlled by three Emerson inverters/transducers. 1PCS 0.75KW,
2PCS 0.4KW. (EMERSON, AMERICA)
4. Servo motor for feeding the material (YASKAWA, JAPAN)
5. Reducer total 3pcs. (Taiwan ADLEEPOWER)
6. Unwinder equiped with magnetic tension control
7. Unwinder equiped with two photocells for tracing. EPC auto-correction, and unwinding position
correction
8. Photocell for width control
9. Tension control: 2.5kw magnetic brake and Rotary Encoder
10. Pneumatic punching ( ONE KIDNEY PUNCHER)
11. Static eliminator make the bag level and Erect clean |
